Mr. Tommy Mitchell

Tommy Mitchell was born to the late Alice and Charles Mitchell, February 23, 1952, in Memphis, Tennessee. He married Loretta Mitchell, his life partner of many years in the fall of 2010 and they lived together in Saint Louis, Missouri.

He had a passion for cooking and took that on as a career for many years. Tommy had begun his journey with Christ and became baptized at The Cathedral at the Crossroads Church in 2010. He was a hard worker as well as a dedicated husband, father, brother and grandfather.

He liked to travel and spend time with his family when he wasn’t working around the clock. He was one person you could always count on when you needed him, no matter the situation. He was loved by so many and will be truley missed by us all.

Tommy is survived by his wife: Loretta Mitchell. He is also survived by one child: Eletta Cole; 7 grandchildren: Shinika Stone (Christopher Stone), Glenisha Foreman (Adolphus Foreman III), Lashawn Jordan Cole, Jaquan Thibo, Corinna Lenoir, Milton Lenoir III and Jada Lenoir; 10 great grandchildren; His 5 siblings; Ollie Mae Smith (Charles Smith “deceased”), James Mitchell, Willie Dean Alexander (Kardell Alexander), Mae Carylon Brady (Tommy Brady), and Shirly Mitchell-Gillenwater (Harold Gillenwater). He is proceeded in death by his mother, father and sister (Charlene Mitchell).
