Quincy Richard Lucious Jr. (aka “Winkle”) was born June 11, 1979, to Quincy and Michelle Lucious (Michelle preceded him in death in 2016). He was a miracle baby, born with cancer, and by the age of 1 he beat it. From the beginning to end, Quincy was always a fighter.

Quincy attended school in the Pattonville School District, where he graduated. He then went on to further his education at Forest Park Community College, continuing to build a future and a career for himself.

His personality was contagious and he lit up every room he walked into with his jokes, laughter, and pure energy. He worked as a patient transporter for years before becoming his own boss. He had a true passion for cooking, which led him to open his own catering business, “Lucious Catering.” Everyone loved his food, and he was deeply passionate about what he created.

Not only did Quincy love cooking, he was full of life. He made it his mission to travel all across the United States, and he met so many people along the way; wherever he went, he left an impact. After living in Saint Louis for the majority of his life, he decided to make “Cashville” his home. His joy, humor, and love for people brought light to everyone around him, and his legacy will be carried by those who knew and loved him.

Quincy had six beautiful children: Quincy Lucious III and Jardyn Walker (both preceded him in death). He is survived by four children: Quiyon, Kyries, Kyra, and Zion Lucious. His father Quincy Lucious Sr, and nine siblings: Datra Lucious, Chandra Lucious, Amanda Lucious, Carl Lucious, Cedric Lucious, Rico Lucius, Anita Felton, Ricky Lucious, and Jessica Lucious. Quincy had so much love for his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends near and far.

Even as he faced hardship, especially during his final days, Winkle remained steady and hopeful. His sense of humor never left him. Despite what he was going through, he still found ways to make people laugh. Most recently, Quincy was inspired to create a podcast “R Era podcast” to share his thoughts and perspectives on what’s happening in the world. His humor along with his hardworking nature and his unwavering concern for others, leaves a legacy of love and laughter.

Quincy accepted Jesus Christ into his heart at an early age and remained a believer throughout his life. Never wavering from his faith, he carried Jesus’ word and lived with purpose. One thing Quincy knew was Jesus and His word. His loving spirit as a devoted dad, and the impact of his energy and positivity, is something those closest to him will always carry.
