Mr. Kenneth L.
Brown
August 3, 1959 – April 25, 2026
Kenneth Lindell Brown was born on August 3, 1959, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to the late Clarence Williams and Katherine Thomas.
Kenneth graduated from Southwest High School in 1978 and later served a short career in the United States Navy. He worked for many years in culinary services, where his care, skill, and hard work helped nourish others.
Kenneth was baptized at an early age and carried with him a deep love for family, friendship, laughter, and connection. He enjoyed every sport, and it was well known that he should not be interrupted while watching a game, especially football. In his younger years, Kenneth was an excellent football player and earned a scholarship to further his education and athletic talents.
To those who knew him best, Kenneth was a gentle giant. He was kind, protective, quick-witted, and full of personality. He had a special way of making people laugh and was known for joking, teasing, talking, and giving nicknames to the younger relatives in the family. He loved exchanging playful banter with those he loved.
Kenneth’s absence leaves a deep hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and treasured him. His larger-than-life personality, gracious nature, love of life, and devotion to family and friends are what we will miss most. We are thankful for the memories he shared with us, and those memories will continue to carry us through this time of profound loss.
Kenneth leaves to cherish his memory his four children: Deonna Williams of Saint Louis, Tomnika Harris of Saint Louis, Kenisha Williams of Saint Louis, and Kenneth Williams of Arizona; two brothers, Charles Brown and Gary Williams; two sisters, Denise and Lucille Leach; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever remember him with fondness, love, and laughter.
