Lucius Cooksey Jr, was born July 26,1969 in St. Louis Missouri to The union of Lucius Cooksey Sr. and Jannet Cooksey. Lucius Cooksey Sr. preceded him in death.

Lucius Cooksey  Jr, received his education in the Saint Louis Public School District. That's where he met his first wife Camilla Denise Cooksey, who also proceeded him in death.
