Charles Henry Mitchell was born on December 21, 1951, in Ashdown Arkansas to the late James Henry Mitchell and Ida Lee Perry-Mitchell. Charles was known as a kindhearted man who loved to work on cars.
Charles departed this life on August 18, 2023, in St. Louis MO. He is survived by two sons, Sedrick Mitchell and Jermaine Mitchell of St. Louis MO. Long time companion, Christine Jackson Brown. Sisters, Mary Rowe, Viola (Amy) Mitchell Rowe-Williams, Sonya Holliman, Amanda Musgrave, Holly Brown. Brothers, Anthony Mitchell, Vincent Duncan, Jeremy Duncan. Four grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
